How Järna Buljong handles your personal data, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect, and why
- Your email and language, when you join the waitlist — so we can tell you when we launch and send the occasional update. You're giving your consent by signing up, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.
- Your answers to our short survey, if you choose to take it (it's hosted by Tally) — again, only with your consent.
- Cookieless, anonymous usage stats, so we can see how the site is doing. This sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who else processes it
We use a few providers who process data on our behalf, under data-processing agreements:
- Cloudflare — hosting and the database that stores the waitlist (kept in the European Union).
- Tally — the interest survey.
- DataFast — the cookieless usage stats.
Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Deleting your address also removes any survey answers linked to it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hej@jarnabuljong.se.
